My Story

At an early age I had a clear vision of what I wanted in life as well as unwavering support to reach my goals. With hard work, determination, and perseverance I created the life I had envisioned as a young girl. My life was ideal from the outside looking in with a growing family, successful career, and financial stability, however what surprised and confused me was that my success and accomplishments did not bring me happiness.

Over the past decade I have embarked on a journey of self discovery to identify my passions, live a life aligned with my values, and cultivate what truly brings me joy. Through introspection, life experiences, and working through unexpected obstacles I am now living a life far better than my childhood dreams.

I am extremely passionate about helping others to pursue their goals and find their joy too.

My goal with 56 Coaching is to help clients better understand themselves, their passions, values, and goals. Through conversation and the coaching process, I am committed to being a confidential and trusted accountability partner to support my clients in pursuing their dreams, reaching their potential, and finding their inner happiness.

Why “56” Coaching

“56” was my nickname as a child being the 5th daughter and 6th child in my family. I spent a lot of time as a child with my father who was a lifelong entrepreneur and enjoyed life to the fullest. He taught me many life lessons from having a strong work ethic to the importance of overcoming obstacles and also having fun. My father was the anchor in my life. After he passed away in 2013 I was without my biggest support. Ten years later I proudly founded 56 Coaching LLC. My dad continues to be my inspiration to enjoy life and I am grateful for the opportunity to help others do the same.
